Your area of responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, executive team and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage the calendar of the Executive Team members, e.g. appointments, travel arrangements,ensuring efficient time management and itinerary planning
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and other written materials for the CEO and other executives
  • Assist in managing key projects, ensuring they are on track and meeting deadlines
  • Conduct research on various topics, providing the CEO and other executives with information and analysis as needed
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide the CTO with valuable insights
  • Prepare summaries and briefs to support decision-making
  • Assist in tracking and managing department related budgets and expenses

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (or any equivalent)
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful approach to tasks
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Your area of responsibility:

  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams and ensure project success
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Steer resource allocation, task assignment, and performance evaluation
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project outcomes
  • Perform reviews, lessons learned and pro-active risk management including controlling and reporting to steering board
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in software development

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT-focussed projects
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills to address project issues and obstacles
  • Knowledge of software development processes and best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
